Lactation Oat Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup soft medjool dates, pitted (if not soft soak in hot water for 10 minutes)
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp avocado or coconut oil
1 cup shredded coconut


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add dates to food processor and process until they form a soft ball
2. Add flax, chia, oats, salt and oil and process again until fully combined
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Rub your hands with oil do it will be easier to handle the sticky date ball. Using your greased hands gently roll into balls
4. Pour shredded coconut onto a plate and gently roll sticky oat balls until coasted.
5. Arrange balls baking sheet and freeze for one hour. Then transfer to a ziplock or Tupperware and store in the freezer
