Ever wanted to learn how to make restaurant style soft scrambled eggs?! Well today is the day! I walk you through the low and slow process in my stories! Here’s are my key tips for perfectly creamy eggs without any milk or cream!

✨I like to make 2 eggs per person plus one extra! So 2 people = 5 eggs, 3 people = 7 eggs, etc...
✨scramble the sh*t out of your eggs! You want them to be completely mixed with little to no white streaks ✨generously salt your eggs while you scramble and then let them just hang out for at least 5 minutes tho 20 would be better. This makes them a little watery and helps them get creamy!

✨add enough fat to fully cover the pan

✨LOW AND SLOW is the name of the game! Start on medium heat and turn it down if your eggs start cooking right away

✨once your eggs start setting, use a silicone or wooden spatula to make getting scrapes on the bottom of your pan. Let them sit 20 seconds, and scrape 20 seconds, repeat

✨keep your eye on the prize, resist the urge to turn up the heat and watch the pan!

✨once they are almost done turn the heat off and let them finish cooking in the residual heat!
