Crispy Fried Prosciutto

After many requests I am finally walking you through how I made my CRISPY FRIED PROSCIUTTO in stories! Even easier than my oven bacon! I love to eat it along side eggs for breakfast but it’s also delicious crumbled on top of your favorite pasta dish. Or really anything for that matter. Here’s what you need

INGREDIENTS
As many pieces of sliced prosciutto you want!

INSTRUCTIONS
1. On high heat preheat your pan until you can feel the heat when you hover your hand on top, 1-2 minutes.
2. Turn down to a medium high heat and carefully place prosciutto on the dry pan - the prosciutto will render its own fat when cooking so you don’t need anymore. Lay flat so as much surface area is touching the pan to crisp up. Fry without touching until it starts to crisp up and shrink, about 1 minute.
3. Flip prosciutto and fry on the other side 1 minute more.
4. Now flip your prosciutto every 20 seconds till fried and evenly crisped on both sides, 1-2 minutes. Once it’s all fried and crisped you’re ready to eat!
